Herica dreams of a world where a work-life balance is an unquestionable truth and right. A responsible, and efficient 6-hour work day that doesn’t force people to compromise on any life or family issues that inevitably arise, will result in a happy worker. And a happy worker makes a better product.
She has a Bachelor of Mass Communications from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in Intramuros Manila, Philippines, a certified graduate of YCombinator start-up class and an advanced Language and Cultural Immersion Program at Inhispania in Madrid.
She loves problem solving, data analysis, and technology. All of which culminated in one of her proudest moments while working as a European VAT/TAX Expert; where she saved a global company the cost of $666M/year. She is now the CEO of her own company: J’ADORE & SPOLIARIUM (Services: JADORE.VIP – A B2B Business and Media Services that help drive revenue and reduce cost. Main focus is curating projects that provide band-aid and long-term fixes on business and community issues/challenges. Causes: SPOLIARIUM.COM – A Fine Art platform. Main goal is to empower artists, galleries, protect artwork and connect patrons (art collectors) worldwide through global art exhibits and an online + direct to consumer marketplace. Outside work she loves paying forward to community by: helping artists through art exhibits, producing and directing musical plays, and modelling and acting for camera workshops that benefit victims of child abuse. She and the LinkedIn Talk core team also organize free talks for career hacks and social issues. She supports women & we-men empowerment and equality.
A traveller who developed her emotional intelligence through immersion in cultural diversity and collecting art that she could connect with. She’s a dream pursuer, and a lady who many consider—despite her best efforts—clumsier than a hurricane. Her ‘not so proudest moment’ being tumbling down an escalator at Charles de Gaulle Airport, and being more concerned of appearing in a viral video than taking care of any potential injuries.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Applied Science Major in Laboratory Technology, a Licensed Chemical Technician from Technological University of the Philippines and also completed Startup School at YCombinator.
She is exposed in a wide range of local and global test standards and protocols of assigned clients. Adept at handling inquiries, procedures, results and testing charges.
She is passionate in helping Herica and Spoliarium in pursuing its passion and mission such as empowering artists, protecting artwork and connecting to patrons. She is great-hearted to work together with Herica to resolve art industry issues, the employability and productivity as well —through workshops and education. She is well versed in creating business processes and improving the speed rate and productivity of a company.
Outside work she engages in Outreach programs (orphanage, home for the aged, and in Youth rehab) and a Musician in the FTJCI central church.
A strong-willed woman who believes that our character defines our future and that continuous learning and helping resolve societal issues can make our world a better place with one-step-at-a-time.

Jemerleene has a Bachelor of Science in Physics and successfully finished the Startup School at YCombinator.
One of her proudest moments was when she represented and spoke for a presentation (knowing that she had speech anxiety) at 29th Samahang Pisika ng Pilipinas Congress, National Institute of Physics, UP Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. She never expected that she and her team’s hard work would be accepted in one of the recognized Research Conference in the Philippines. Now, she feels so proud being part of The Spoliarium as the team has one desire and mission —to help resolve community issues especially the art industry.
She loves operations, administrative work, data management and research.
Outside work, she loves spending time with Outreach programs (orphanage, home for the aged, and in Youth rehab), She’s also a Musician and one of the admins in the FTJCI central church.
She is a strong believer of finding inner joy and peace inside our hearts as it leads us to the right path, and the right path is usually unsafe and rough but is a journey to enjoy and love. She wants all of us to be reminded that our future and path cannot be defined by where we graduated and what degrees or certification we accomplished.
